Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some answers to frequently asked questions. I hope to answer most of yours here. Feel free to email or call me if you have more specific questions about photography coverage for your special event.
I have been shooting weddings and events professionally for 11 years now. I have shot over 450 weddings.
My ninja suit! Actually I wear dark colored slacks, a dark button down shirt, and some dress shoes. My goal is to try to wear similar attire to your guests so I don’t stand out .
I usually shoot with a pair of cameras for backup reasons. But I shoot all pro Nikon equipment. I try out new lenses and camera bodies fairly regularly so what’s in my bag can change.
I regularly shoot weddings solo but it can be an advantage to have another photographer there to help document your day. I will always suggest having a second shooter if: you have more than 150 guests, you want to have cocktail hour photographed and I will be busy doing portraits with you and family, your ceremony is in a Church that has rules about moving once the ceremony starts, the bride and groom will be getting ready in two different locations and you would like to have both groups photographed at the same time.
No. Whether your wedding is a day wedding or doesn’t start till later, I will still only book with you on that date.
It’s hard to say an exact number but I generally deliver around 100 images/hour of coverage. So if you have me covering your day for eight hours expect to receive approximately 800 edited images.
I will! Fritz Harmon will personally be there to take care of your wedding coverage. I don’t sub-contract out my weddings to other photographers. You deserve to have my experience and photographic vision on your big day.
It can depend a little bit on what time of year it is, but I generally deliver edited images within three weeks of your date.
